Ponzu sauce with the fresh acidity of sudachi citrus from Kamiyama, Tokushima Prefecture.Freshly squeezed sudachi citrus fruit is added to two types of soy sauce, light and dark, and then Hokkaido kelp and Makurazaki bonito flakes are slowly soaked for about a month.In addition, it is made by carefully selecting only the truly necessary ingredients, eliminating unnecessary ingredients such as sweeteners.The natural acidity of the fruit brings out the sweetness of meat and vegetables.
